THIS I HAVE AS A COVENANT CHILD

My heavenly Father says I have:

I have been justified by faith and I have peace with God.

 “Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,” Romans 5:1, NKJV.

I have been saved by His life.

“For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.” Romans 5:10, NKJV.

I have died to sin.

“Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it?” Romans 6:2, NKJV.

I have been baptized into Christ’s death.

“Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death?” Romans 6:3, NKJV.

I have been crucified with Christ.

“knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin.” Romans 6:6, NKJV.

I have now no condemnation.

There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.” Romans 8:1, NKJV.

I have been justified and glorified.

“Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.” Romans 8:30, NKJV.

I have been given the Spirit as a pledge.

“who also has sealed us and given us the Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee.” 2 Corinthians 1:22, NKJV.

I have received mercy.

“Therefore, since we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we do not lose heart.” 2 Corinthians 4:1, NKJV.

I have a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.

“For we know that if our earthly house, this tent, is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.” 2 Corinthians 5:1, NKJV.

I have the ministry of reconciliation.

 “Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation,” 2 Corinthians 5:18, NKJV.

I have redemption and forgiveness.

“In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace” Ephesians 1:7, NKJV.

I have all things under my feet.

“And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church,” Ephesians 1:22, NKJV.

I have been made alive together with Christ.

“even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved),” Ephesians 2:5, NKJV.

I have been raised up with Him and seated with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus.

“and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,” Ephesians 2:6, NKJV.

I have been saved by grace through faith.

“For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,” Ephesians 2:8, NKJV.

I have been brought near by the blood of Christ.

“But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.” Ephesians 2:13, NKJV.

In Christ I have boldness and confident access through faith in Him.

“in whom we have boldness and access with confidence through faith in Him.” Ephesians 3:12, NKJV.

I have been forgiven.

“And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God in Christ forgave you.” Ephesians 4:32, NKJV.

I have redemption and forgiveness of sins.

“in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.” Colossians 1:14, NKJV.

I have been buried with Him in baptism.

“buried with Him in baptism, ….” Colossians 2:12, NKJV.

I have been raised up with Him through faith.

“… in which you also were raised with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead.” Colossians 2:12, NKJV

I have been made alive together with Him.

“And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses,” Colossians 2:13, NKJV.

I have died and my life is hidden with Christ in God.

“For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.” Colossians 3:3, NKJV.

I have put on the new self.

“and have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him,” Colossians 3:10, NKJV.

I have been justified by His grace and made an heir according to the hope of eternal life.

“that having been justified by His grace we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.” Titus 3:7, NKJV.

By His wounds I am healed.

“who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness–by whose stripes you were healed.” 1 Peter 2:24, NKJV.

He has granted to me His precious and magnificent promises, in order that by them I might become a partaker of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world by lust.

“by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.” 2 Peter 1:4, NKJV.

I have been purified from my former sins.

“For he who lacks these things is shortsighted, even to blindness, and has forgotten that he was cleansed from his old sins.” 2 Peter 1:9, NKJV.

The Lord is patient toward me.

“The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.”  2 Peter 3:9, NKJV.

My sins are forgiven me for His name’s sake.

“I write to you, little children, Because your sins are forgiven you for His name’s sake.” 1 John 2:12, NKJV.

I have entered into His rest.

“For we who have believed do enter that rest, as He has said: “So I swore in My wrath, `They shall not enter My rest,’” although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.” Hebrews 4:3, NKJV.

I have a high priest who can sympathize with my weaknesses.

“For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin.” Hebrews 4:15, NKJV.

I have a great priest over the house of God.

“and having a High Priest over the house of God,” Hebrews 10:21, NKJV.

My heart has been sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and my body washed with pure water.

“let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.” Hebrews 10:22, NKJV.

I have a great cloud of witnesses surrounding me.

“Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us,” Hebrews 12:1, NKJV.

I have received a kingdom which cannot be shaken.

“Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear.” Hebrews 12:28, NKJV.

I am protected by the power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last times.

“who are kept by the power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.” 1 Peter 1:5, NKJV.

I have clothed myself with Christ.

“For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.” Galatians 3:27, NKJV.

I have the fruit of the Spirit, which is love , joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and sefl-control.

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.” Galatians 5:22,23, NKJV.

I have grace and peace.

“Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.” Ephesians 1:2, NKJV.

I am blessed with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus.

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ,” Ephesians 1:3, NKJV.

Prayer:

I am a covenant child, in union with Christ; He is living in me, His very life and spirit are in me. It is no longer I who live but Christ who lives in me (Gal. 2:20, Col 1:12-17). We are in Him (Col. 2:9-15). Amplified version Colossians 2:10; “And you are in Him, made full and having come to fullness of life [in Christ you too are filled with the Godhead – Father, Son and Holy Spirit – and reach full spiritual stature]. And He is the Head of all rule and authority [of every angelic principality and power].”
